Wii's reign was short-lived

Let's ignore the fact that it'd be your own fault, and there's a few solutions. Turning off the TV, making people turn around, skipping it(there's going to be a skipping option), and so forth. Not to mention, the real embarrassing thing is that they're debating making an American Balance Board, since the 200lb limit just won't cut it here. :/ I think that's a bit more embarrassing.

i know the weight of everyone in my family..... (female say it's impolite but they are always whinning about it ) so i don't think is an issue..... and some people don't even care about their weight anyway

"Does this make my butt look big?"
"Well, yeah, but compared to the rest of you, your butt's pretty small."

:/

I'm so confused at what's going on. :lol

The 360 beat the Wii in September thanks to a large push from Halo 3 at the end. Who was actually surprised though?

People are stereotyping that female gamers are going to ditch the Wii since the Balance Board looks like a scale.

No one really. I would be surprised, though, if the 360 can keep up the half million unit sales figures for more than a few months.

I honestly think the balance board could work out, if they could find uses for it other than just WiiFit, but the entire concept of WiiFit itself is just stupid. Firstly, it doesn't look like you will be doing any rigorous exercise that will really get you in shape, secondly, why not go out and run instead of wasting $50 on a balance board that probably won't do a ton for your health anyways?

360 regained control. Yee haw. Want a medal? Doesn't make me thing any less of either of them. So if the point of this topic was just to say that the Wii was a substitute in the 360's throne, you failed.

IMO, my Wii is basically worthless, so it shouldn't have the throne. And all Sony does is brag, so they deserve to come in last place, or maybe out of the race entirely. I'm happy for Microsoft. This proves something about their game making talent, and how much they've learned when they are only on their SECOND console.

You're opinion is basically worthless.

Nintendo's been making games longer than anybody, so if anybody has the most game talent, they do. I agree with you on Sony, they brag and fail at the same time. Hoo rah.

Oh yeah, this proves how awesome Nintendo is being that is their FIFTH console.

nintendo should be ASHAMED that they can still do some things comepletely wrong after all these years.

Like what? Not copying Microsoft and making every other game a shooter? Microsoft has only been in the business since 2001 and they've made more mistakes than Nintendo in their some odd 25 years (give or take).

Ha, they did nothing wrong. Besides being successful, which I don't think qualifies.

would you care to explain those mistakes? is it the excellent game selection that bothers you? does the well designed and lag free online network ruin your day? does the extremely comfortable controller hurt your poor hands?

Wow, everyone, just calm down, seriously.

I can't speak for Strubes, but I don't think that was how he meant the topic. I believe he just meant it as what it is: The Wii reigned as the best selling home console, month after month (although I wouldn't call its reign short-lived), and Microsoft dethroned them as top dog for this month.

Cherry said 360 had too many shooters even, you still have to pay for Live(and probably will until Microsoft starts getting profit), lag is a matter of connection, and controller is, of course, preference.

It's all opinion.

Also, the only one I agree with is the paying for Live.
