EVENTUALLY!!!, the month the PS3 takes control

Re: September, the month the PS3 takes control

The Ninja Gaiden on DS, though, is cheaper as a whole, and still supposed to be good, so...

Re: September, the month the PS3 takes control

September = the month the 360 pwnz the PS3, now that Halo 3 is coming out in September.

Re: September, the month the PS3 takes control

I know. Does anyone want to bet that any big name titles Sony had originally planned for September release will get pushed back? :lol

Haha I bet they will. Halo 3's sudden release date...oh man I could only imagine Sony executives the day they heard...lmao :lol

Re: September, the month the PS3 takes control

Okay, so people complain about the quality of PS3 games, yet you're talking about having them rushed and not delayed? Don't any of you PS3 likers want a good game to help sell it?

Re: September, the month the PS3 takes control

Hence the earlier mention of being delayed.

Re: September, the month the PS3 takes control

I think Lair is not being "rushed", it was a figure of speech. They have been developing it for over 3 years now. I was just saying that hopefully it comes out in August and not delayed again. Also, I will get Halo 3, but I am not like these other idiots just dying to play it and need it. It is just a game and I cannot belive people are dropping $130.00 for the Special Edition with the replica mini helmet!

Neither can I. The only reason I could think for buying it is selling it a couple years later for double the price on ebay. Otherwise, why spend another $70? To get a stupid little helmet and info on how they made the game?

Re: September, the month the PS3 takes control

I had seouis doubts about Sony being able to take control of the market and the fact that they are laying off employees would tend to support that my belief.

Wii killling PS3 as far as numbers go there is really no way to deny it.

What's so wrong with that if you have the money for it? I always gotta have the best edition with the most stuff. That's just the way I am. Same with DVDs. 8)

I never said it was rushed, either. I said if you guys want the PS3 to have a good game, rather it comes out later than sooner in this case.

I find it wrong because it just seems to be a huge waste of money. I have a good amount of money on my hands (still not enough for a wii >:(), but I would never buy a game for over double the price of what I could pay for it for a few extra features and a plastic helmet. I think I would rather buy Halo 3, and then buy another game instead of buying the Legendary Edition. Why buy one game, with a few extra features, if you could get two?

Because you really like Halo...

??? I can understand paying an extra $10 or $20 on a game you really love to get some extra features, but $70 more??? Okay, let's say you REALLY love Halo and Halo Wars is also coming out soon (its not but let's say it is for the sake of argument). You only have enough money for the Halo 3 Legendary Edition (and don't have a job so your not getting any more money). Would this person get just the Halo 3 Legendary Edition, or would it be smarter to get two games in a series you love (Halo 3 and Halo Wars) and have enough money to buy the Special Edition of Halo 3. It just makes no fiscal sense.

Re: September, the month the PS3 takes control

Well Cherry, some people just aren't like you. Some people want to spend a wad of cash on a game. Also, there are some pretty crazy Halo fans out there dude, and they would pay anything just to say they have it. You have to think about it from a Halo fan's point of view, not the "get 2 instead of 1", point of view.
