Funny enough I spent Over $400 dollars on my wii the first day i got it and a couple hundred more since then...and I do find that I don't play it that often
I play mine a ton. I got 21 different VC games, six disc games, Wiiware's coming up(that adds a couple games I want), and Earthbound is gonna be released(which automatically makes it awesome).
