Well, day one is over, and all I can say is Wii for the win. There's no doubt, this is Wii3. Quick recap for now:
The Wii is SO SMALL. It's so tiny.
The controller is SO light and it feels fantastic, especially the rumble.
Metroid Prime 3 kicks all sorts of ass up, down, left, and right. It controls like god, much less consider the beauty of it.
Super Mario Galaxy presents a lot of promise - very strange game.
Virtual console seems all well with titles running from both SEGA and Nintendo with no problems observable as of yet.
DS has a killer showing.
You will LOVE the Wii. Detailed impressions later.
Aside from Wii, my primary interest was, surprisingly, a 360 game from Capcom. Sadly, I've lost even more respect for Sony this time around. The "me-too-but-still-hundreds-more-and-cheap"idiot"edition-lacks-blue-ray-movie-playback" is pure bull.
