*edit* nvm I found it :)

What's the point in buying a PSP when all of it's games come out for PS2, at a lower price. :lol

You know both Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep and God of War: Chains of Olympus (The only two PSP games announced in the last two years) will eventually find their way to the PS2.

Mai just said that. Anywho, more ways for people to play it is pretty cool. I now people have more of an opportunity to play PSP games on your PS2. Neat idea really. Better controls now, better graphics, sound, etc. And no battery life to worry about. :D

I don't understand though. The two versions don't share save files or anything. So why wouldn't you just get the cheaper, and overall better PS2 version?

Because of portability. Name all the portable Ratchet and Clanks. Then name all the Ratchet and Clanks you can play on a plane. Then all the ones you can play on a bus.

Why do they bother making PSP games if they are just going to port all of them to the PS2? :lol

First they have it on the PSP and when the sales die down on the PSP then they port it over to the PS2 that way they get a bigger audience. Simple enough, eh?

Yeah, I know. ^_^ But if I was a PSP/PS2 owner, I'd be kind of upset to know that if I had just waited a few months, I could have gotten the same game on the PS2 for cheaper.

But you can bring it over to your PS2 friends' houses, then walk around the house playing it.

No, but why would I play a portable game at a friend's house instead of playing it on a console with them? Unless I misunderstood what you were saying there.

@ Frodus, true.

Not that much. If there were two identical games, I'd probably spend $10 more so I could bring it anywhere.

The PSP can also connect with the PS3 and such.

Also if you waited for the price to come down and for it to come out for the PS2 doesnt the price on the PSP game go down?
