I watched some of these shows to see what they were about-they are off-the-wall and I DON"T WATCH THEM.

He sure did. He was being immoral, so he had to criticize himself so he could shape up, and become a 'better' person like himself.

That's my beliefs.

Scripture would be religion, which is usually frowned upon discussing in public places, due to offending someone and their beliefs.
 
Christianity houses too many freakazoids.

Christians are the ones who go and kill abortion doctors. Christians are the ones who try and shove their religion down everyone's throats. Chrisitians are the ones who believe that every non-christian will burn in hell.

The whole religion is flawed, and that's my opinion. Wanna make something of it?

I'm not compromising my beliefs and I don't have a problem discussing the Word of God in public.

I've been to other public forums discussing it.

We really don't care if you don't have a problem with it, it's other people who have problems with it.

THIS IS THE SAME ARGUMENT I'VE GOTTEN IN OTHER FORUMS.

I'M NOT FLAMING ANYONE, INSULTING ANYONE OR CALLING NAMES OR BELITTLING ANYONE. i AM EXPRESSING CHRISTIAN VIEWS AND OPINIONS.

I HAVE A RIGHT TO VOICE MY VIEWS AND OPINIONS JUST LIKE ANYONE ELSE.
 
I agree with Mavericker on this one. I don't see any problems with him quoting the Bible.

Now if you'll excuse me, I need a shower. (shame isn't a smell that leaves easily) :(

You could insult someone based on their beliefs. If I said abortion is a good thing to have, someone could take offense to it.

So we should hold back all expression of beliefs people may not like? I don't see why someone should have a problem with someone disagreeing with them, albeit, on a controversial issue.

The 30 page religion thread we had proved that we can all discuss "touchy" subjects, without it degrading into a massive flame-war.

Then keep it in the Religion Thread, since it was clearly made for people who could actually handle the subject. I, myself, have no problem with it, but spouting it everywhere is asking for problems.

Because he's a Christian, and they are automatically right because they say so. Every religion thinks they're right, that's why they believe in it. To Mave, Frodus can't be right or anything, since he has no religion.
