The World Ends with You

The thing that separates something being the "Best Game Ever" is that it wont have glaring faults, when one thinks og the Best Game Ever they usually think of something with something on the likes of miniscule faults such as "a green color for the car versus a lime green color"

however the game that gave you think is the best is just the best, that's the way it is, everyone has their own opinions, my best game might be different than yours but that doesn't mean any of us is wrong.

But no one ever brought up right or wrong in this discussion?

Symphonia only suffered from a predictable storyline at times, over the top dialougue and suspense, and a bit of grating gameplay that you would clearly miss several things if you didnt have a guide, backtracking was annoying.

I would choose something along the lines of a game of revolutionary proportions that set the stage for games of its respective genre and or generation to come.

well those might have been bad things for you but i love dramatical irony, dialoge (is an RPG after all) and suspense, and i didn't need a guide (only for sidequests but that's normal on RPGS afer all) and back tracking wasn't so bad, you see the things i like are different than the ones i do, the best game ever for me is different than yours.

and well that description fits the world ends with you perfectly

Is there a difference between "Favorite Game of All Time" and "Best Game Ever?"

I think that there is. My favorite game of all time is also Tales of Symphonia, but I don't necessarily think it's the best game ever. But I also don't think there is a best game ever, because there's no real way to gauge that.

Truth. Tales of Symphonia is also my favorite game for the time being..but definitely isn't my pick for best game ever.

well the problem is that not everyone will agree any single game is the best ever, there's always someone that's going to disagree. not everyone will agree any single game is the best ever.

anyway back on topic please XD..... i think in my review i said enough of why i think is one of my favorite games (aka best game) ever (TWEWY that is)

Startin' Day 7 since I seem to have hit a game ending bug in Mass Effect. >_>

Hey all EGA members. Even though it's pretty obvious, this topic is about a game I like. The World Ends with you. So, if you need to say anything or just talk about it in any way, this is your place. Have fun! :)

i am sure i made a thread about this game before but whatever XD

this is one of my favorite games of last year (probably top 3 of last year XD) and one of the most unique experiences i had in the world of gaming

You made a topic? well this one will get deleted if you did. I think it's awesome. i hate that pourkupine noise though. I don't like the bear's either. My favorite pins are the bullets, the slash and that ice one. They rock. :rockin

I got this game, but I've only played about 15 minutes of it. Seems really cool so far and the music is good. The combat looks like a lot of fun once you're good at it.

One thing that happened to me was, well, that same thing. I was playing and playing, then, once I started a real fight, it was really fantastic. i've gotton to day 5 or 6. :-\ But that's pretty good. i used to play it all day, but now I have other things to do. I'm gonna keep playing, just not all day and all the time.
