Who else can't wait for Crackdown?

Man I can't wait to play! The only thing that sucks is I have to work tomorrow! And Wednesday is busy. So I probably won't have a chance to play until Thursday.
 
My mom got it from Best Buy and I have been playing it since I got home. I took a break to eat, and I got on here before I start it back up.
 
Yea I got mine yesterday, bu didnt get home till 10ish so didnt play a whole lot but i will for good 3-4 hours today!!!
 
I got mine on my lunch break and am still sitting at work. My friend took his home and tried to play the halo beta but he said it wont be available till spring... Heck, that beta was the only reason I bought crackdown in the first place. Was this common knowledge?

yes it was common knowledge. Certain Crackdowns gave you an invitation for a spot in Halo 3 Beta.

Yeah it's been well known for a while that the beta is not going to be available until mid-late spring.

I am not sure. At work we told everyone that the beta wouldn't be available until April. Some people already knew, and some people didn't.

Most people that I know that bought Crackdown though love it, regardless.
 
Yea, I bought it for the beta, but I actually have enjoyed playing the game. It's a bit short though. I think the first gang took like an hour and some change to beat, granted, thats not chasing after all the orbs or doing the races but the story line itself seems like it'll take 5 - 10 hours of game play. I'm not complaining the game is awesome and the halo invite more than makes up for a 10 hour game. With that said, it's kinda nice to get a game that I don't have to invest 40 + hours in, especially since that old spice challenge is going on.
