First off, what does Halo have to do with this at all? You don't even play online, don't you jus play with your friends? If you played against me or Spartan....you would suck. But that's jus the way things go.

We started taking preorders where I work at Best Buy for Crackdown and I went out on break and preordered it. 8)

It was to do with history. I love history.

Anyways, you seem to have no real base for bashing this game. It was made by a guy who helped make the Grand Theft Auto games, so similarities are bound to be there. And also, GTA doesn't have a freaking monoply on sandbox games. They have just had a lot more success than many other sandbox games.

And I don't see any similarities between Crackdown and SWAT. Other than you are a cop in both, which doesn't make them alike in gameplay or graphical style.

Oh and everytime i download something my connection quits like after an hour everytime and i have to sign back in to XBL is there some way i can make it like not do that

I thought maybe being new to the site, you'd do a lil research before you state what somebody's name means. Also, that's not xbox live...it's xbox connect.

But anyways, I'm done with that. I'm having a.....interesting night. Is anyone else getting this the day it comes out?

Hell yes this game friggin rules and if there wasnt a time limit on the demo oh man i would have never stopped playing
 
Preordered, coming my way with one-day shipping from Amazon. Looking forward to spending quite a bit of time with both this and Halo 3.
 
I looked at Best Buy today, and they aren't selling it early.

But, my mom isn't working tomorrow and is going to Fort Wayne shopping anyways, so I gave her the receipt and $60 plus $15 in coupons and asked her kindly if she would pick up my preorder. So, hopefully I will have the game tomorrow!

Two of my buddies from school are getting it tomorrow as well, and I will play with them a lot, but if anyone here wants to play some co-op with me just send me a PM here or a message via XBL.
